Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NetTracker, operated by NetTracker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use NetTracker.

NetTracker helps you track professional networking — surfacing contacts, detecting coffee chats from your Gmail and Calendar (read-only), and helping you follow up. It is a productivity tool, not career, legal, or financial advice.

You must sign in with a Google account, be at least 16, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to:

• use NetTracker for unlawful, harassing, or spam purposes;
• attempt to access other users' data or breach our security;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
• use the service to violate any third party's rights.

NetTracker may offer paid plans (for example, monthly, semester, and annual tiers). Prices and features will be shown at checkout. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice. (This section applies once paid plans launch.)

Referral rewards (such as XP or credits) are provided at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be changed or revoked if we detect abuse or fraud.

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate NetTracker for you. NetTracker's software, branding, and design remain our property.

NetTracker relies on third parties including Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services' availability or actions.

NetTracker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that contact/chat detection is complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetTracker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of NetTracker. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.

You may stop using NetTracker and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Boston, Massachusetts. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means acceptance.
