Privacy Policy

NetTracker ("we", "us") is operated by NetTracker. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: nettracker.app@gmail.com.

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.

Gmail (read-only). With your permission we read your email metadata and content solely to detect the people you've reached out to and to identify coffee chats. We never send email on your behalf.

Google Calendar (read-only). We read calendar events to detect scheduled and completed coffee chats.

Data you add. Contacts, notes, follow-up dates, and your outreach goal.

Usage data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service. These logs do not contain the content of your email or calendar data.

We use Google user data solely to provide the user-facing features described in this policy and visible in the application: surfacing your contacts, detecting coffee chats, tracking follow-ups, and computing your stats and streaks. We use the Anthropic Claude API to help extract and classify contacts and chats from your data, which is part of delivering those same features. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it for market or product research, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

NetTracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We limit our use of Google user data to providing and improving user-facing features that are prominently described in NetTracker's user interface. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide those features, or to comply with applicable law. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you have given affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used solely for internal operations.

Affirmative statement: the use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

NetTracker sends limited message text to Anthropic's Claude API (model claude-haiku-4-5) to extract a contact's name, role and firm, and to detect when a contact accepts a coffee chat invitation. Anthropic is our only third-party AI provider. We call the Anthropic API directly on a paid commercial account. We do not route your data through any AI aggregator, gateway, model hub, or other multi-model service.

Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, Anthropic does not train its models on customer content submitted through the API, and API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted within 30 days.

Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized or derived, is never used to create, train, or improve any foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence model, whether our own or a third party's. We do not sell Google user data and we do not transfer it for advertising purposes.

We share data only with service providers that help us run NetTracker:

• Google (authentication + Gmail/Calendar access)
• Anthropic (AI extraction/classification of your data)
• Supabase (encrypted database hosting)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing, if/when you subscribe to a paid plan)

Only Google, Anthropic, Supabase and Vercel process Google user data, and only to deliver the features described above. Stripe never receives Google user data; it processes payment information only. We do not share Google user data with any other party.

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings, or by emailing nettracker.app@gmail.com. When you delete your account we delete the Google user data we hold for you, and we do not retain anonymized, aggregated or otherwise derived copies of it. Limited records are retained only where retention is required by law.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact nettracker.app@gmail.com to exercise them. You can also revoke NetTracker's access to your Google account at any time via your Google account permissions.

NetTracker is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
