Privacy Policy

NetTracker ("we", "us") is operated by NetTracker. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: nettracker.app@gmail.com.

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.

Gmail (read-only).With your permission we read your email metadata and content solely to detect the people you've reached out to and to identify coffee chats. We never send email on your behalf.

Google Calendar (read-only). We read calendar events to detect scheduled and completed coffee chats.

Data you add. Contacts, notes, follow-up dates, and your outreach goal.

Usage data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide NetTracker's features: surfacing your contacts, detecting coffee chats, tracking follow-ups, and computing your stats and streaks. We use the Anthropic Claude API to help extract and classify contacts and chats from your data. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

NetTracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features, do not transfer it except as needed to provide those features (or for security/legal reasons), do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized.

We share data only with service providers that help us run NetTracker:

• Google (authentication + Gmail/Calendar access)
• Anthropic (AI extraction/classification of your data)
• Supabase (encrypted database hosting)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing, if/when you subscribe to a paid plan)

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data from Settings, or by emailing nettracker.app@gmail.com; we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact nettracker.app@gmail.comto exercise them. You can also revoke NetTracker's access to your Google account at any time via your Google account permissions.

NetTracker is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
